Professor Efosa Carroll Idemudia
Professor Efosa C. Idemudia, an internationally known scholar, is a Professor of Business Data Analytics/Information Systems at Arkansas Tech University. In addition, Prof. Idemudia is the Program Coordinator for Business Data Analytics and Marketing at Arkansas Tech University. Professor Idemudia holds degrees from universities located on three different continents: a PhD in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, a Master’s in Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso, and an MBA in International Business from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration; he completed his Fulbright at the Lagos Business School and Carnegie Fellow at Covenant University. He participated as a member of the University System of Georgia’s Academic Advisory Committee for Computer Disciplines for five years and is a member of Strathmore Who’s Who of Professionals. Professor Idemudia taught both graduate and undergraduate students as a visiting scholar in the Computer Information Systems (CIS) Department at Georgia State University, which the U.S. News & World Report ranked within the top ten CIS departments in the United States. Dr Idemudia is a board member and associate editor of many reputable international Journals.

Professor Marlien Herselman
Prof. Marlien Herselman (F) is a Chief Researcher at Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in Pretoria, South Africa. In this capacity, she is in the Technology Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation research group. She was also Chairperson of the board of Living Labs in Southern Africa network (LLiSA) from its initiation in 2009-2014. Herselman is an adjunct professor at the University of Pretoria (Faculty of Education), University of Fort Hare (Information systems department), Rhodes University (Faculty of Information Systems), Stellenbosch University (Faculty of Industrial Engineering) and UNISA (School of Computing) where she is supervising and co-supervising Masters and Doctoral students.
She holds a PhD from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and is a rated SA researcher (NRF rating at level C). In 2009 she won the IEEE, Women in Engineering: Female scientist of the year award (South African section) and in 2016 the CSIR excellence award for Human Capacity Development. Herselman has already written over 49 accredited journal articles, 3 books and has over 39 accredited conference contributions at international conferences. H-index of 24 and cited over 2000 times. Already delivered 41 Masters and 25 PhD students from 2003-22.
She has over 15 years of experience as a domain expert in Information Communication for Development (specifically in Technology Education) projects where she was leading the implementation of technology in deep rural schools in South Africa (in 7 of the 9 provinces). Areas of expertise: Innovation ecosystems; Mobile & Digital Health; Rural communities and ICT4D; Educational Technology; User experience in a developing context for mobile services; Applying Design Science as a Research Methodology
